How it works

Portable executables

Every tool is a single .exe file. No installer, no registry changes, no admin setup. Download, run, done. Delete the file to uninstall.

Dark-themed, system tray

All tools use a consistent dark theme that's easy on the eyes. They minimize to the system tray and stay out of your way until you need them.

Built with Electron

Cross-platform foundation with native Windows integration. PowerShell and Windows API calls under the hood for real OS-level control.

BSL 1.1 License

Business Source License 1.1 — free to use, free to modify, converts to Apache 2.0 after 4 years per release. View, fork, and contribute on GitHub.

Start with Nimbus Toolbox

Don't install tools one by one. Nimbus Toolbox auto-discovers what you have, clones what you're missing, and keeps everything up to date — all from one dashboard.

Built with Claude Code

All nine tools were built with AI — designed, coded, and tested using Claude Code by Anthropic. From concept to working .exe in a single session per tool. The Bandwidth Governor literally exists because Claude Code was using so much bandwidth it broke the internet connection.
