Click install

You land on the Salesforce package install screen. Log in to your org, choose Install for Admins Only (you can always widen permissions later), and click Install. This is the standard managed-package flow — no different from any AppExchange app.
Heads up: Requires a Salesforce org that supports managed packages (Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, or Partner Developer editions). Not sure? Sandbox installs work on any edition.

Run the Quickstart Wizard

After install, open the Delivery Hub app from the App Launcher. The Quickstart wizard assigns permission sets, sets your timezone and working hours, and optionally enables AI features and cross-org sync. Takes about 90 seconds.

Create your first work item

Click New Work Item. Type a title. You're tracking work. That's the whole onboarding. The full getting started guide walks through every feature if you want the deep dive.
