How it actually works

  2. 2. Artifacts assembled. Four templates (Priorities, Walkthrough, Sponsor One-Pager, Hour Bucket) populated with live data from Delivery Hub.
  3. 3. Sponsor signs in-portal. Passkey-gated, hash-chained audit log, Certificate of Completion auto-issued.
