How feedback is stored
All feedback is saved to a JSON file on the server (data/platform-feedback.json). Each entry includes the page, category, your message, optional email, and a timestamp. Glen reviews this feedback directly to prioritize platform improvements.
GET /api/platform/feedback returns all stored feedback for review.
